Larger projects start with a 2D plan or 3D rendering, followed by a detailed proposal for construction. Focused projects, like sod installation or drainage improvements, go straight to a detailed proposal. After approval, we'll schedule your project and our team will bring it to life.

Yes. J&J is a full-service design-build company, so you don’t have to coordinate multiple contractors yourself. Depending on your project, our team can handle design, hardscaping, landscaping, drainage, landscape lighting, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and outdoor audio and visual from initial concept through construction.

In many cases, yes. The type of fire feature and where it can be located may be affected by local codes, property conditions, setbacks, and whether it uses gas or wood. We consider those requirements as part of the planning process before the project moves into construction.
