Bring your design to life
Once your 2D plan or 3D rendering is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed proposal for construction. After approval, we’ll schedule your project and our team will bring the design to life.

It depends on where the water is coming from and why it’s collecting. We evaluate the grade, soil conditions, downspouts, and problem areas before recommending a solution. Depending on the property, that could include regrading, French drains, channel drains, drainage piping, or a dry creek bed.

For larger or more complex projects, a thoughtful design is one of the best places to start. It allows us to consider how patios, walkways, plantings, drainage, lighting, and other features work together before construction begins. Planning the entire space upfront can also help prevent costly changes later.

Yes. J&J is a full-service design-build company, so you don’t have to coordinate multiple contractors yourself. Depending on your project, our team can handle design, hardscaping, landscaping, drainage, landscape lighting, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and outdoor audio and visual from initial concept through construction.

In many cases, yes. The type of fire feature and where it can be located may be affected by local codes, property conditions, setbacks, and whether it uses gas or wood. We consider those requirements as part of the design process before the project moves into construction.

During the design process, we’ll discuss timing with you so you have a realistic understanding of what to expect before construction begins.

The foundation, drainage, weather exposure, appliance selection, and construction methods all affect its lifespan. We design outdoor kitchens for year-round exposure and build the structure with long-term durability in mind.
